We know you have questions before you come in.

We’re eager to welcome our Coworking family and guests back to our space, and we want to assure you, we have your safety in mind as we do so.

Is the Communion Coworking space open? Yes! We are open during our normal hours, 8am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday. Our usual operations are in effect. You can reserve conference rooms, get day passes, become a member, etc. Our coffee shop and restaurant are open as well.

Do I need to wear a mask? Texas officials require protective masks to be worn in workspaces when social distancing is not possible. Please wear a mask when you come in. Once you have found a seat with distance from others you can remove your mask.

Does Communion have room for me to social distance? Yes, we have a very spacious open seating area. There are plenty of tables and chairs to spread out, as well as conference rooms and outdoor space on the back patio. If you come and do not find sufficient space to social distance, let a staff person know and they will happily find a spot for you in a conference room or at a dedicated desk for the day.

What are you doing to protect members and guests? We are daily cleaning and disinfecting the space, as well as offering hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes for people to clean their workspace. We are also encouraging our staff, members, and guests to follow the CDC's suggested hygiene practices to reduce the spread of the virus, and refrain from coming in if they or someone in their household is sick.

Have you reached capacity? Have there been a lot of people coming in? Over the last few weeks, we have seen the frequency and patterns of people going out change, and we do not anticipate our Coworking space reaching capacity. People have slowly been coming back, so the number varies each day. We have plenty of space for people to spread out.

Is the virtual office (mail services) still running? Yes. We are still receiving and sorting mail. We will notify our virtual office members if they have received a package.

How do I buy a day pass? Do I have to reserve ahead of time? You can buy it when you get here, and enter all of your information on your own device for a no-contact purchase. We also have day pass packs (10 passes for $200) that are available. Our staff is happy to assist you with all of this!
