Located in the heart of Richardson Heights, Communion Neighborhood Cooperative was originally built as an auto service center toward the end of the midcentury. With a nod to its originally intended purpose, the building was completely redone with industrial chic design sensibilities, while retaining much of its original charms. Chief among them, the six glass bay doors that bathe the interior in natural light. The venue contains over 7,000 square feet space and can be configured in multiple ways to accommodate your gathering. We offer full-service onsite catering from Communion Café, as well as options for beer, wine and cocktails.

Buddy PriestOlive Tree Real Estate Group

Buddy Priest’s passion for real estate began in childhood when he flipped and managed rental properties with his father. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, he’s been based in the Metroplex for over a decade. For the past three years, he’s been practicing with Olive Tree Real Estate Group, where he tries to create an atmosphere of professional teamwork with those who enjoy Olive Tree’s dedication to details and client care in residential real estate. Formerly a teacher and coach in both Plano and Frisco school districts, collaborating with other educators and mentors has helped shape Buddy’s philosophy on customer relations in real estate. His value on education has pushed him to continually educate himself on market trends, new technology, and any way to better serve the people in his circle. Buddy is thankful that his clients allow him to serve them in this enormous decision, help provide a peace of mind, and be included in their story as past memories are cherished and as new ones are written in the place they call HOME.
